I'm a 24 year-old freelance journalist based in Glasgow, UK. Originally from Leicester, I fled to Scotland for university in 2014 - graduating in 2018 with a first in MA (Hons) English Literature from the University of Edinburgh.
Since graduating, I've written news and features for The Scotsman, The Skinny, Screen Shot, Digital Spy, and Candide, and writing food, drink and convenience retailer coverage at B2B magazine Scottish Grocer. As part of the team at The Skotia, I help produce and design new media content for audio, video and social media.
I also have paid experience in ghostwriting, editing and copywriting in arts and music.
I am currently working towards my NCTJ Diploma in Journalism via distance-learning, looking to get more experience in newsrooms and data journalism.
Please get in touch via email/my Contact page if you enjoy my writing and would like to discuss any potential opportunities for collaborative or commissioned work.
